Please contact me within 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Items must be received for return within  30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in same or original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Approval photos will be sent before a commission painting is shipped, but once the order is approved and shipped, it may not be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


You will be responsible for return shipping and once the return is received undamaged, you will be refunded for the purchase price less original shipping cost.   

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
